This light can be used in any E27 fitting. Ideal in a desk-lamp, bathroom, home-office and breakfast area. This light has a high melanopic lux efficacy and therefore helps your body to feel awake and focused. It is also recommended for people with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and can help you to shorten the impact of a jetlag.
Use it during the daytime, e.g. 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM to give you a boost during the day and help you align your natural circadian rhythm. It will also help you to fall asleep more naturally and wake-up earlier. You may also use this light as a wake-up light.
